Nice to meet you.
Hi, I’m Margaret. Thank you for visiting my site.
From a family of architects, designers and artists, I’ve had the foundational predilection for appreciating aesthetics and valuing expression of all types. The perspective of eye and mind expanded through college and revealed a deep conviction and pursuit in data research and analytics.
My story.
I celebrate where I am at now yet grateful for where I started from.
I began college in New Jersey with the intent to study Biology and hoped to later attend dentistry school. While taking a break from studying Cell or Evolutionary Biology in that first academic year, I would fervently browse Pinterest, make my own mood boards and endeavor to predict retail commerce trends.
Eventually, and with intensity, what emerged was the discovery that despite my original appreciation for healthy pearly whites:
1. I wanted to studying Marketing
and
2. I had to consider transferring to another institution/program
There were implications in this- financial being of most concern. I found my resolve and along with the support of my parents I found myself back in Philly (South Philly born-and-raised, moved to South Jersey for High School) at Saint Joseph’s University in the Fall of 2017.
I will graduated from Saint Joe’s in January of 2021 with a BSBA in Marketing and Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Through self-discovery, personal drive and prioritizing my academic and professional growth, I:
Achieved my goal to make the Dean’s List, for multiple consecutive semesters.
Refined my time-management skills through certain periods of heavy scheduling (2 simultaneous marketing internships, a full-time position and coursework!)
Pursued aptitude in relevant applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Cut Pro, Google Analytics and Relational Databases.
Learned how to use Tableau.
